The American “roguelike” League of Legends (LCS) will resume after being postponed due to conflicts between players’ associations, clubs, and the league 먹튀검증.
On Monday, Riot Games announced that the 2023 LCS Summer Season will resume on June 14. As the league was postponed from its original schedule, the regular season will be moved from twice a week to three times a week to coincide with the Rolld Cup. This will compress the regular League schedule to six weeks, with the Finals taking place on August 19, as previously scheduled.
“Postponing the Summer Season was not a decision we took lightly, but our conversations gave us time to refocus our collective goals,” said Naz Aletaha, Head of Esports for Riot Games’ LOL. The LCS Players Association (LCSPA) took to Twitter to thank fans for their support of the strike, and said it would continue discussions with Riot Games on any unresolved issues.

On May 24, the LCSPA went on strike, criticizing Riot Games and LCS participating teams for agreeing to remove the mandatory second team retention clause in order to “efficiently operate the league.” The LCS Summer 2023 event, which was scheduled to take place on June 1, was postponed.
